Pure Speed for Youth is designed to help young athletes develop speed, agility, coordination, and strength in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate environment. At SHIELD Athletics, we believe in starting young athletes on the right path with a proven 5-step system for success:

Contrary to the myth that early training stunts growth, our program emphasizes developmentally sound practices that enhance motor skills and athletic performance while protecting young bodies. Our coaches bring a wealth of experience, having worked with elite and professional athletes, ensuring the same expertise that fuels NHL, PWHL, and NCAA stars is applied to developing youth athletes.
