Introducing SHIELD’s Body Checking Clinic, tailored for players entering their first season of Body Checking. Regardless of age, our program focuses on teaching essential skills such as proper angling, finishing checks, puck protection, and overall body safety. Rest assured, this specialized training will leave your player feeling supremely comfortable and confidently prepared as they embark on the upcoming season.
